Popular game modes in Solitaired

Solitaired offers many different Solitaire variations, providing a diverse experience for players from beginner to advanced levels.

Klondike Solitaire

This is the most classic and popular Solitaire mode. Players must arrange the cards in order from A to K by suit.

The goal is to move all the cards up the Foundation columns using a sound strategy.

Spider Solitaire

Spider Solitaire is more difficult as it uses two decks of cards (104 cards). Players must arrange sequences of cards from K to A of the same suit to remove them from the table.

FreeCell

In this mode, almost every hand can be solved if the player has the right strategy.

Basic solitaire rules in Solitaired

Solitaire in Solitaired is usually based on the rules of Klondike Solitaire, one of the most popular variations of the classic card game. The player's goal is to arrange all 52 cards into the Foundation columns in the correct order and suit.

Initial card arrangement

  • At the start of the game, the cards are divided into 7 columns on the table.
  • The first column has 1 card.
  • The second column has 2 cards.
  • Continuing upwards to the seventh column which has 7 cards.
  • Only the top card of each column is face up; the rest are face down.

Card movement rules

During gameplay, you must follow these rules:

  • Cards can be arranged in descending order.
  • Cards must be of different colors when stacked red and black.
  • You can move an entire sequence of cards if they are already arranged in the correct order.

Foundation columns

  • The Foundation column is where you need to complete your hand.
  • Each column starts with an Ace.
  • Then continue with cards of the same suit.
  • When all four hands are completed, you win.

Using reserve cards

  • Unused cards are in the reserve deck.
  • You can draw individual cards or groups of cards to find the right move.

Winning conditions

You win when all cards are moved to the Foundation and arranged in the correct order from Ace to King according to suit.
